Job descriptionBachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance. 2 to 5 years of experience in financial statement reporting and preparing accounting journals. Strong understanding of financial accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity. What you will do
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP and company policies.
- Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and support decision- making processes.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and ad hoc analysis for management and stakeholders.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the record to report cycle.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
