Key responsibilities

  • Coordinating VAT compliance process from data request until the submission of the return
  • Daily contact with other teams
  • Working Clients on a daily basis : making sure that the external deadlines are met, sending out reminders, participating on calls, sending updates, handling client requests
  • Client related administrative tasks
  • Handling incoming and preparing outgoing invoices
  • Keeping workflow management and external collaboration tools updated
  • Requirements

  • University / College degree OR 1 year relevant experience
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Ability to identify potential problems and issues
  • Excellent organization skills and effective communication skills
  • Precision, reliability and client orientation
  • Good computer skills, basic knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint and in Outlook is a must
  • Elements should be in line with company guidelines and policies.
