Coordinating VAT compliance process from data request until the submission of the returnDaily contact with other teamsWorking Clients on a daily basis : making sure that the external deadlines are met, sending out reminders, participating on calls, sending updates, handling client requestsClient related administrative tasksHandling incoming and preparing outgoing invoicesKeeping workflow management and external collaboration tools updatedRequirements
University / College degree OR 1 year relevant experienceExcellent written and spoken EnglishAbility to identify potential problems and issuesExcellent organization skills and effective communication skillsPrecision, reliability and client orientationGood computer skills, basic knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint and in Outlook is a mustElements should be in line with company guidelines and policies.
