We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to join our Engineering team

This is a hybrid role- part leadership, part deep technical contribution, with approximately 50% of your time spent coding. You’ll manage one or more engineering teams depending on your experience and interests. These teams work across foundational cloud-native domains : Kubernetes internals, infrastructure orchestration, workload scheduling, secure on-prem deployment, and developer tooling.

You’ll help shape technical direction, support your team’s growth, and stay close to the code. Expect to spend at least half your time involved in technical work- be it design, review, prototyping, or implementation.

Responsibilities as an Engineering Manager :

• Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing engineering teams
• Drive team execution by aligning delivery with business and product goals
• Partner with Product Owners and Tech Leads to shape scope and roadmap
• Ensure robustness, scalability, and security in all deliverables
• Foster a culture of learning, ownership, and technical excellence
• Actively contribute to hiring, onboarding, and team-building efforts
• Be a role model and champion of Castt AI’s values and engineering culture
