Overview :

As Bar Prep Specialist at Time Out Market Budapest, you’ll oversee all the batching, prepping and stock management, ensuring exceptional quality, creative beverage making and schedule management.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare pre-batched cocktails, craft sodas and homemade ingredients.

Daytime work hours.

Manage inventory and stock.

Cover bartender work during breaks.

Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed.

Requirements :

3+ years of experience in a bartender role.

Strong organizational skills.

Passion for mixology and guest service excellence.

Fluent in English and Hungarian.
