Job Title : Delivery Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities :
- Supervises contract fulfilment and ensures its optimization for both the client and the Company throughout the contract period.
- Manages customer setup in our SAP systems.
- Conducts onboarding, offboarding, and change processes for customers.
- Manages and processes the invoicing process in our OSS / BSS systems to ensure automated provisioning and billing.
- Ensures that established standards and processes are adhered to throughout the delivery cycle.
- Buys services for the client at optimum price and quality. Manages tenders for selecting suppliers, and contracts with the selected ones.
