Every single day, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling and competitive proposals that meet customer requirements flawlessly.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead and manage the entire bid process from initial inquiry to submission, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of proposals.
- Develop and write compelling proposals that clearly articulate Siemens Energy’s value proposition, tailored to the specific needs of each customer.
- Collaborate with internal collaborators, including sales, engineering, finance, legal, and project management teams, to gather necessary information and ensure alignment on bid strategy.
- Identify and assess risks associated with bids and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
- Ensure all bids align with internal policies, customer requirements, and relevant regulations.
- Work with the finance team to develop accurate cost estimates and pricing strategies that are competitive and profitable.
- Foster positive relationships with customers throughout the bid process, addressing any questions or concerns and providing regular updates.
- Continuously improve bid processes and tools, incorporating lessons learned and standard methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification is also valued.Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Fluency in both English and Hungarian is essential for this roleExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and bid management software.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with collaborators, customers, partners, and team members.
