Our Client specializes in offering a wide range of engineering and management services, particularly focusing on design, project management, and construction management. Now they are looking for an experienced and dedicated Construction Project Manager!

Responsibilities

• Preparation of projects, collection of technical requirements.
• Continuous contact with project stakeholders.
• Continuous control of plans, making proposals for technical and cost optimization measures.
• Managing the permitting procedure, maintaining contact with the designer and the permitting authority.
• Development of the time schedule and having the architect and the construction team follow it.
• Preparing cost estimates and controlling costs during the implementation phase.
• Issuing the request for proposal, conducting, and evaluating tenders.
• Organizing, holding, and documenting meetings during the implementation of the project.
• Continuous monitoring of the project to follow Client and statutory requirements.
• Maintaining contact with contractors during implementation, coordinating technical inspections, and managing changes.
• Periodical preparation of progress reports.
• Keeping company management informed about project progress and anticipated risks.
