The SAP Solution Manager serves as the central point for managing, monitoring, and optimizing SAP and non‑SAP solution landscapes throughout the full lifecycle—from planning and implementation to operation, upgrades, and continuous improvement.

Scope of the position

Lead full lifecycle SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) implementation and upgrades

Configure and maintain SolMan functions : change request & incident management, solution documentation, process / job monitoring, test management, and system integration.

Monitor system and business‑process performance and drive proactive alerts / optimization

Keep communication with clients and other international teams

Knowledge of Charm process and audit for the Charm

Knowledge of SAP monitoring and administration

knowledge of Incident / Problem Management

Very good communication and interpersonal skills
