Responsibilities :

• Respond to Customer inquiries via email and phone, providing timely and professional support
• Place and process Customer orders in ERP / CRM systems
• Manage the invoicing and refund process
• Handle and monitor incoming Customer payments
• Provide support to Partners regarding order processing and use of the ordering system, in line with company policies
• Report process or system-related issues to IT / HQ for resolution via ticketing system
• Maintain and update Customer and License data in ERP / CRM systems
• Preparation of monthly sales reports
