Cloud Consultant

A Cloud Consultant position has opened at our multinational client, offering a fully remote work environment! As a Cloud Consultant, you will : Actively guide clients towards adopting the company and industry-leading practices. Understand complex business workflows and convert them into technical specifications, making necessary system adjustments. Implement new product functionalities, ensure smooth integration, and resolve system problems. Create and present training materials, conduct training sessions, and generate analytical reports. Work closely with internal teams to guarantee client satisfaction What you will need to succeed : 3+ years of experience in L3 support – such as implementing software development or configuring. Experience in a client-facing / customer consulting role. Excellent verbal and written English language skills. Proactive attitude with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
