Your tasks

• Active collaboration in IT service for end devices, access and local infrastructures
• System support for assigned systems (e.g. ticket system, IP telephony, printer fleet)
• Project management for assigned projects
• 1st and 2nd level support
• Procurement, inventory, installation and maintenance of hardware and software

Your profile

• Completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification
• At least 1 year of professional experience in the IT sector
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Service mentality and customer orientation
• Independent and careful way of working
• German language skills of at least B2 level required
