Job Description
We develop a camera-based surround view system as a driver assistance system. Four fisheye cameras provide video streams which are stitched together and reprojected to simulate a 3D environment. The created environment is used to support parking maneuvers and low speed visualisations in real time. You contribute as visualization developer to a highly motivated team with your ideas and innovations.
Your Tasks
- Participate in project teams for development and application of surround view systems
- Development of visualization features with C++
- Development of software and tools for configuration and calibration
- Porting and optimizing of existing computer graphics functions and features
- Integration and application of computer graphics features
- Technical alignment with project team and customers
- Working in distributed agile development teams with state-of-the-art tools and development environments
- Contributing with own ideas to enhance the product.
Qualifications
University Degree or PhD in related field ( computer science, software engineering) or a comparable qualificationAt least 4 years of specific experience in the field of ADAS systems or autonomous robotsAdvanced knowledge and practical experience in C++ and GTestsKnowledge in computer graphics with OpenGL is an advantageExperience with image processing and parallel computing (OpenCL / OpenCV / CUDA) of advantageSolid background in camera systems and fisheye camerasPractical experiences in scalable architectureExperience and passion for agile working methods like Scrum or Kanban are beneficialExperience in embedded SW development (V Model) and related toolsVery good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.Additional Information
