Senior Cloud Relationship Manager

Customer Success Role :

We are seeking an exceptional professional to fill a key position in our company. The ideal candidate will have a degree in computer science or a comparable field and experience in cloud architecture, sales, and business development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing cloud platforms, managing customer relationships, and increasing value-added services. They will also participate in planning and forecasting processes and ensure customer requirements are met.

Certifications such as Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps) are required. Fluency in English is necessary, as well as the ability to travel nationally and internationally.

• Strategic influence and development of customers
• Comprehensive advice to customers on cloud usage
• Active participation in vertical squads
• Avoiding customer churn through proactive analysis and management
• Supporting customer success management and service excellence culture
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and transferring customer requirements
