AP Accountant with German

AP Accountant with German Tasks Perform day-to-day operations in the following AP process areas : Document receipt Invoice verification and processing Reclaims and corrections Supplier query management (via mailbox and phone) AP closing and periodical activities Intercompany booking Adhere to agreed service levels, policies, and procedures Determine, evaluate, and resolve issues within the AP process Identify and contribute to process improvement initiatives Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to maintain a professional relationship Requirements Accounting certification or 1–2 years of relevant experience, mainly in Accounts Payable Solid understanding of AP processes Mindset focused on continuous improvement and quality Strong customer focus Good command of English and conversational German Good working knowledge of SAP  Proactive and able to work independently A real team player Detail-oriented and capable of setting the right priorities Excellent communication skills Offers Competitive compensation package Full home office opportunity Modern, international work environment Long-term career opportunities with a stable global company Supportive and friendly team culture Workplace Budapest
