You'll spend most of it on customer Support, technician role with a confidential international gaming and digital entertainment company, focused on Czech- and Slovak-speaking customer support, technical troubleshooting, complaint handling and product assistance. Model: On-site, location: Budapest, Hungary, languages: Czech B2/C1 + Slovak B2/C1 (- English B2) Working, hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00, and salary: 464,000 HUF gross + 25,000 HUF language bonus Performance.
Less often, you'll also bonus: 70,000 HUF after 3 months, training: 2.5 weeks, fully paid, relocation: Paid travel + 1 week paid accommodation, and in short: Gaming.
Would you fit?
We're looking for someone with czech B2/C1 Slovak B2/C1 English B2, secondary or higher education, strong interest in consumer electronics / gaming technology, good computer literacy, excellent communication skills, customer service / contact centre experience preferred, and ability to troubleshoot and explain technical issues clearly.
