A leading global customer-experience (BPO) company is growing its team in Budapest Hungary and is hiring for the role of Customer Support Representative. You will support players of an international gaming and digital-entertainment company with account questions platform assistance and technical troubleshooting. As a Czech and Slovak-speaking agent you will be the first point of contact for players by phone live chat and email.

What you will do

  • Answer player calls chats and emails in Czech and Slovak
  • Solve account payment and technical issues step by step
  • Escalate complex cases to the right team
  • Keep accurate case notes
  • Deliver consistently high quality performance is rewarded with an uncapped KPI-based bonus

What we are looking for

  • Native or fluent Czech and Slovak (C1) and good English (B2) spoken and written
  • Secondary or higher education
  • Strong interest in consumer electronics and gaming technology
  • Customer-service or contact-centre experience preferred
  • Ability to troubleshoot and explain technical issues clearly
  • Ability to work towards performance targets
  • Willing to work on-site in the office

What we offer

  • Salary: 464000HUF gross per month (approx. 1200)
  • Language bonus: 25000HUF per month
  • Performance bonus: 70000HUF gross (applicable after 3 months)
  • Meal allowance: 30000HUF
  • Paid training programme (2.5 weeks)

Relocation support

  • Paid travel to Budapest
  • At least 1 week of paid accommodation (local candidates are preferred)

Location hours & start

  • Location: Budapest Hungary on-site
  • Working hours: MondayFriday 08:0016:00
  • Start: Regular start dates apply now and we will match you to the next available group
