Key Responsibilities

• Manage individual and group reservations through phone email and online booking channels.
• Deliver exceptional service and personalized assistance to guests throughout the reservation process.
• Provide accurate information about room types rates hotel facilities packages and special offers.
• Maximize revenue by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities while meeting guests needs.
• Ensure reservation data is entered accurately and maintained in the hotels property management system.
• Coordinate closely with Front Office Sales Revenue Management and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Handle guest requests modifications cancellations and special arrangements efficiently and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with Accor and MGallery brand standards reservation procedures and service quality expectations.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a hospitality professional who enjoys communicating with people has excellent organizational skills and is passionate about delivering outstanding service from the very first interaction.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in reservations front office guest services or customer service preferably in a hotel environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A guest-focused mindset with a strong attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Commercial awareness and confidence in identifying sales opportunities.
• Fluency in both Hungarian and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Good computer skills and experience with hotel reservation or property management systems is preferred.
• Experience within an international hotel companyparticularly Accorwill be considered an advantage.
