Állás leírása

Megszervezi és felügyeli az irodai területek és eszközök karbantartását, valamint az irodai felszerelések elhelyezkedésének megtervezését, elrendezését és takarítását
Informatikai berendezések, bútorok, irodaszerek raktározási, készletgazdálkodási feladatait végzi
Közreműködik a vállalati gépjárműflotta üzemeltetésével kapcsolatos adminisztrációban, operatív feladatokban
Értékeli és ellenőrzi a beszerzési dokumentumok pontosságát, nyomon követi a készletváltozásokat
A cég tárgyi eszközeinek átvételét, bevételezését, kiadását és időszakos leltárát végzi
Segít a tárgyi eszköz dokumentációban, dokumentum management
Biztosítja a vállalat telephelyein a napi működés zavartalanságának alapjait
Részt vesz a tárgyi eszköz igénylési folymatban, valamint azok aktiválási folyamatát támogatja
Kezeli a bejelentett hibákat, szükség esetén alvállalkozók bevonásával
Adminisztratív támogatást nyújt a megfelelő szerződési háttér biztosítása érdekében
Együttműködik a külső szolgáltatókkal
Felelős a kapcsolódó dokumentáció és adatbázis folyamatos frissítéséért
Jelentéseket készít az elvárásoknak megfelelően
A jegykezelő rendszerben monitorozza kezeli a területhez kapcsolódó jegyeket

Képzettség

Nappali tagozatos hallgatói jogviszony megléte még legalább 1 évig

Heti legalább 25 óra vállalása

Középfokú angol nyelvtudás

Szükséges számítógépes ismeretek : Excel, Word, Outlook középfokú ismerete

B kategóriás jogosítvány aktív vezetési tapasztalattal

Jó kommunikációs készség
