What you´ll do
- Drive for Success : The T2M Analyst should be driven to seek out performance excellence in the IDH creation and extension process.
- Works Independently and has the Responsibility to explore all aspects of T2M success within the region. This includes, however, not exclusively to user delays, process delays and seeking resolution and process improvement where appropriate
- Takes ownership and is Responsible for following the Henkel Standards set for Time-to Market success for materials creations / extensions, will focus on establishing a network relationship and will work closely with Global T2M Performance Manager, MMD
- Coordinators, Product Management, Dx, GBS+ MMD and all other functional areas to achieve the required level of consistency, quality, effectiveness and efficiency to meet overall business needs.
- Key supporting role serves as the first point of contact to all T2M performance activity in the Region. Communicates with Regional Head of MMD and Global T2M Performance Manager
- Responsible for monitoring T2M performance indicators within the region
Analyzing data from Power BI or other sources to isolate areas of constraint in T2M
