• Experience : 3+ years in product ownership / management or engineering leadership, launching developer-facing products with measurable impact.
• Domain Knowledge : Strong understanding of software development workflows, with hands-on coding experience or deep collaboration with engineering teams.
• AI Expertise : Practical experience with AI-driven developer tooling (LLM assistants, code generation) and the ability to reason about accuracy and safety trade-offs.
• Mindset : User-first mindset for internal users with strong data-driven decision-making skills.

Preferred Experience

Background in operating LLM-based services in production (e.g., vLLM, Triton, telemetry).
