We are now looking for a German-speaking Sourcing Recruiter to join our team and support one of our key clients. We are searching for someone who brings fresh ideas, a proactive mindset, and positive energy to our company.
As a Sourcing Recruiter, your responsibilities will include :
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes based on client requirements
- Leveraging multiple recruiting channels to identify and attract top talent
- Sourcing candidates, conducting phone screenings, and scheduling interviews
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with Hiring Managers and HRBPs
- Keeping the candidate database accurate and up to date
- Managing offers and participating in negotiations
- Continuously improving recruitment tools, methods, and processes
- Preparing reports on recruitment progress and sharing market insights with senior management
