    We’re seeking an experienced and motivated French Speaking eCommerce Specialist to support and lead the conceptualization, implementation, and evolution of customized eCommerce solutions. In this role, you’ll work independently and collaboratively with internal teams and global clients, transforming business needs into intelligent digital outcomes.

    Job description

    Provide expert consulting to evaluate and translate eBusiness requirements into scalable solutions

    Recommend and implement optimized processes and best practices using established standards

    Coordinate all parties involved in the design and rollout of eCommerce solutions, including business units, technical teams, and system owners

    Lead functional communications and manage project escalations effectively

    Develop detailed project plans, define precise work orders, and align efforts with internal service providers (ISP)

    Present solution concepts and outcomes to customer IT management and key stakeholders

    Oversee project timelines, risk management, change control, and adherence to scope

    Create high-quality documentation aligned with client and company standards

    Develop presales materials and deliver workshops on eCommerce capabilities and process improvements

    Contribute to internal optimization projects to enhance service quality and technical stability

    Requirements

    Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in eCommerce

    Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written)

    Proven experience in technical project management and advisory support

    Solid understanding of at least one eCommerce platform or solution

    Strong business acumen with knowledge of IT product and service workflows

    Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset

    Sharp analytical thinking, a proactive attitude, and clear communication skills

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)

    Willingness to travel for client and project needs

    Nice to have :

    Familiarity with sales, logistics, and invoicing processes

    Experience working with ITIL-based service structures

    Background in consulting across diverse industries

    Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)

    Hands-on experience with a variety of eCommerce tools

    Advanced SAP knowledge (especially MM / SD modules)
