Job Description
As a seasoned agile leader, you will spearhead the development of high-performing teams, driving business outcomes through effective PI planning and goal setting.
You will facilitate the creation of SMART objectives, identify and track risks, and optimize team flow by establishing performance metrics and promoting continuous process improvement. Your role is to build and manage cohesive teams that deliver strong results, oversee scrum events, collaborate with product owners, and refine the definition of done / ready.
Key Responsibilities :
