DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Support end users with queries around e-commerce using various channels (inbound calls, chats, e-mails)
- Create long term relations with customers
- Build a connection with and provide exceptional service to the customers
- Ensure all communication is handled professionally and promptly with a human touch
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge to ensure all customers queries are answered making them promoters of the brand.
REQUIREMENTS :
Native / fluent in German or Polish, both oral and written (at least B2 level). Fluent in English (at least B1 level)Ability to provide high levels of customer support at all timesComputer savvy with basic IT skills, including using multiple operating systemsComfortable communicating using various channels (telephone, chat, e-mail)Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsProblem-solving orientedAbility to work independently, while being a team player at the same timeAble to cover morning and afternoon shift rotationRemote work model, need to have a minimum internet speed of 20MBPSBENEFITS :
