Order Management Specialist

Job Summary : The Order Management Specialist within Customer Service is responsible for providing a strong back-office support and work closely with the Customer Service Representatives to ensure a high-level customer service from receiving the orders till the payment of invoices.

The position requires little supervision and requires independent action and initiative within assigned areas of responsibility across multiple accounts.
