Currently we are looking for

PHARMA BUSINESS PROCESS CONSULTANT (NT)

Location : Budapest XI. district, hybrid (2 days / week in office)

Salary : competitive

Responsibilities :

  • Act as a business expert and key contact for users and stakeholders in the life sciences area
  • Analyze, document, and support Clinical Operations processes using Vault ClinOps
  • Understand current-state processes, identify pain points, and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories and business needs
  • Formulate and review risk assessments for both GxP and non-GxP systems
  • Create process models, user requirements, and support documentation
  • Review training materials and deliver training to end users
  • Facilitate process clarifications before and after rollout
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions during implementations
  • Coordinate onboarding, service transitions, and internal workshops to keep knowledge current
  • Monitor vendor deliverables, including documentation, support quality, and SLA adherence
  • Manage change requests from end to end, including demand and release planning
  • Suggest and implement improvements to increase business process efficiency
  • Ensure support concepts are aligned and implemented across applications
  • Support audits and maintain internal controls and compliance

Requirements :

  • Degree in Life Sciences
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical data management, clinical operations and / or pharmacovigilance (clinical trials)
  • Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault, ClinOps and clinical trial processes
  • Strong understanding of GxP compliance and risk assessment
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, and business consulting
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Comfortable working across regulatory and technical areas
  • Experience working in agile environments and cross-functional product teams
  • Skilled in training development and delivery
  • Able to work independently while collaborating closely with key teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent English
  • You need to be to be currently eligible to work in Hungary.
