Your role
- You are responsible for the content and didactic development as well as the implementation of target group specific digital learning content (web based trainings, videos, ...)
- You check and concretize customer requirements considering important principles in the areas of didactics and methodology as well as internal quality standards
- You are the contact person for our (internal) customers and advise them on all issues related to digital learning
- You will be responsible throughout the entire creation process - from kick-off to conceptualization to finalized learning content.
- You plan and track (partial) milestones, work packages independently and coordinate them with overall plans
- You coordinate the cooperation with internal units and cooperation partners (external training providers)
- You empower and support employees in creating their own digital learning content
Your profile
You have a degree from a university or university of applied sciences in the field of e-learning and media education, media communication, media pedagogy, media design or a comparable qualification.You convince with your project management skills and have an efficient and structured working styleYou are characterized by skills in copywriting and a good eye for details and a sense of colors / shapesYou bring a high affinity for the use and development of digital learning media for professional development as well as experience in the use of authoring tools (such as Articulate Storyline)You have a high level of communication, teamwork, conflict resolution and assertiveness skills as well as the ability to work under pressure and be flexibleYou communicate with style in English - spoken and writtenWe offer
