TechTellent is on the brink of an exciting architectural transformation—and we're searching for a

skilled .NET Technical Lead to spearhead this bold journey.

What you'll bring :

5+ years of hands-on commercial development experience, demonstrating proficiency in
Experienced in architectural transformation, specifically transitioning from microservices

to a monolithic structure. You should confidently assess challenges, validate architectural

decisions, and lead smooth migrations.

At least a year of proven experience leading development teams, showcasing your ability

to mentor, guide, and elevate technical talent.

Deep familiarity with modern software design concepts such as Domain-Driven Design,

Distributed Application paradigms, and Microservices.

Strong expertise in .NET 6 for developing robust, scalable, and high-performance

applications.

Proficiency with WebAPI and practical experience working with Message Queue

technologies (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

Comfortable navigating NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB) for versatile data

management.

Proven track record in managing CI / CD processes with GitLab, alongside skills in unit

and integration testing, as well as performance and memory profiling.

Nice to have :

Experience with Docker containerisation.

Familiarity with cloud development, particularly AWS.

A solid grasp of Clean Code and Architecture principles, promoting maintainable,

scalable codebases.

Partner effectively with front-end developers and cross-functional team members,

shaping objectives and crafting cohesive solutions that enhance the user experience.
