Responsibilities :

• Customer Support : Resolving customer issues via phone and email
• Partner Support : Partner Onboarding & Full Munch Partner Support
• Administrative Tasks : Managing and controlling partner contracts
• Managing Payments
• Strongly collaborating with the Sales and Marketing Team
