Requirements Who we are looking for

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance or management accounting roles.
  • Ability to confidently navigate financials through the key controlling and finance reports ( : BS, P&L, CF tables).
  • Detailed understanding of the financial close, consolidation and reporting processes.
  • Good understanding of the controlling or FP&A functions, including budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, and profitability analysis at various levels (plant, product, customer).
  • Proven experience in key accounting and finance processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in engaging with senior management, or C-level stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Fluency in both English and Hungarian is required.

It is an advantage if you have :

  • Financial project management experience. Certifications such as PMP or Prince2 are a plus.
  • Experience with system implementation from a finance SME perspective.
  • Participated already in Continuous Improvement or BPR projects / initiatives.
  • Big 4 consulting experience.
  • Finance qualifications such as CFA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Experience with platforms such as SAP, BlackLine, Power BI, or consolidation / planning solutions.
  • Experience with ensuring compliance with IFRS and regulatory standards.

    • Your future role As a Senior Specialist in the CFO Services Team, you will support the end-to-end delivery of finance projects, leading workstreams, gathering and analyzing information and developing actionable recommendations to ensure successful delivery.

  • Work in a high performing project team helping our clients to achieve or build efficient financial processes.
  • Gaining insight into new industries and the operations of various organizations.
  • Work with experienced professionals on engaging and diverse projects, and deepen your expertise across various areas of Finance.
  • Support the development of the CFO services function to meet future challenges.
  • Support the development of solutions from everyday issues to the complex challenges that a CFO must meet.
  • Work with high-profile clients on a variety of Hungarian and international engagements.
