About the Business

Our Destination Management services form the core of our business. We take care of everything from ground support, hotel bookings, sightseeing, restaurants, and local guides; all while providing 24 / 7 customer support so that travelers from over 50 countries can enjoy memorable travel experiences worry free.

Key Responsibilities

Hotel and land service bookings.

Communication with hotels, suppliers and clients.

Communication in English, troubleshooting with partners and suppliers.

Customer service via phone.

Administration.

To Succeed in the Role, You Should Have :

University degree in tourism or at least 3 years experience in the sector.

Fluency in English.

Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, confident and polite attitude.

High tolerance, flexibility, empathy and resilience.

Good problem solving and concentration skills, precision and meeting deadlines.

Solid computer skills.

Advantageous :

Italian / French / Spanish knowledge.

Experience in a similar position.
