Deliver IT support via phone, in-person, or online to internal users
Identify hardware / software requirements to resolve IT issues
Handle incident tickets in line with SLAs / KPIs, ensuring accurate documentation
Proactively use IT monitoring and management tools
Collaborate with internal / external stakeholders and perform audits as needed
Comply with IT policies and procedures
Maintain shared IT assets and prepare reports when required.
Excellent English language skills (spoken and written, B2 level or higher)
Solid technical knowledge and good IT understanding
Microsoft desktop environments, Apple iOS, MacOS
VoIP and video conferencing
Microsoft application support
Mobile devices like phones, tablets
LAN, VPN, RDP
TCP / IP protocols, two-factor authentication
Software, Hardware (Routers, Switches)
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Flexibility, time management, and task prioritization
