Network Engineer (f / m / div)

Be part of our newly established IT Department at Infineon Technologies' Budapest office, a key hub for our global competence center in IT infrastructure, integration, and security. As a skilled Network Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and operating our global network services, providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure.We are seeking a Network Engineer to join our IT Department in Budapest. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and high availability of our global network services, providing expert technical support and collaborating with global teams to drive network excellence.

In your new role you will :

• Proactively check network performance and ensure system availability and reliability .
• Provide expert level knowledge for all network security related tools, including firewalls, IPS, and ACLs
• Assist departments across the organization in understanding and implementing network solutions that are cost-effective and align with business objectives.
• Work closely with other network engineers and cross-functional teams to review, execute technical designs , and provide technical direction.
• Evaluate, define, and develop new and existing reference standards and their adoption to successfully on-board services with

You are a skilled network professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a proven track record of adapting to dynamic project environments and managing multiple projects.
