We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with excellent German language skills to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles across different industries. Your main goal is to identify and attract top talents, while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities :

• Utilize various recruitment channels (e.g. job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.) to source and attract top talents
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their technical skills, experience, and fit with the company culture
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation, feedback
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future recruitment needs
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in recruitment and share insights with the team
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
