You will work as Demand Manager in the Shared Functions Team of the Capability Network.
You will function as the interface between our corporate user & customers and the Capability technical teams.
Our internal corporate customers are from Germany as well as from many countries around the world.
Our internal technical teams consist of both German and Hungarian colleagues.
You will receive small and large customer orders, clarify outstanding issues, obtain missing information, and create and submit internal orders for the technical teams involved.
The implementation of a complex user / customer demand may require the involvement of multiple technical teams and empowerment.
If necessary, you will also coordinate direct communication between the customer and technical teams.
You will also monitor internal order implementation and, in individual cases, initiate the invoicing of our services via the Finance team.
You will maintain regular contact with the contact persons of our international customers.
You address and drive user / customer survey for capability network services.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT industry, ideally in Service Delivery Management
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong communication and coordination skills in a multicultural environment.
Experience in stakeholder management (working with business owners, project managers, backlog maintenance).
Conflict resolution skills and ability to propose balanced solutions.
Technical understanding (basic networking knowledge is a plus, not a must).
Ability to communicate limitations clearly and professionally if a request cannot be implemented.
Preferred Qualifications :
German language skills are a plus.
Experience working in international teams or large enterprises.
