Job Description
We are looking for a Global Loyalty Program Marketing Specialist to join an international medical technology company, supporting its Ultrasound business . In this role, you will manage the company’s global loyalty and educational platforms , dedicated to customers and partners using ultrasound products worldwide.

Your main responsibilities
- Manage the registration, validation, and verification process of loyalty program members (customers, distributors, employees) worldwide.
- Oversee customer communication through dedicated email inboxes and provide professional support for related inquiries.
- Maintain and update website content in line with legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare and manage reports related to membership and platform performance.
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Marketing Communications, and Clinical teams to implement platform improvements and drive customer engagement.

What we expect from you
Hungarian citizenship.Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business IT, Marketing, or Marketing Analytics ); MBA or advanced degree is an advantage.5+ years of experience in the field of Marketing.Good understanding of databases and reporting tools.Strong project management and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Creative problem-solving mindset with a data-driven approach.Customer-oriented attitude and ability to translate technical features into clear customer benefits.Előnyök
