Yourmissions : ABOUT THE JOB
Ceva seeks applicants for the full-time position of Affiliate Quality Specialist in the Commercial Directory of Ceva’s Phlyaxia Commercial offices in Budapest’s 9th district. This is a hybrid role that has home office opportunities of up to (10) days a month. The Phylaxia Campus is one of the flagship sites of Ceva Animal Health group. The Commercial Operations is a diverse team managing the sales operations of 14 countries (Hungary, Ex-Yugo countries, Czech Republic, Slovakia and the Baltics).
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Reporting to the QA Manager you will ensure the quality and compliance of products by overseeing inspections, managing the handling and storage of goods, and approving batches for market distribution. You will handle recalls, complaints, supplier and subcontractor qualifications, and the final disposition of returned or rejected products. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records, address deviations through CAPA processes, and ensure data alignment in ERP and WMS systems.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Focusing on the accuracy and quality of records
- Ensuring that all products are subjected to a proper reception inspection process
- Ensuring the handling, storage and delivery of dangerous goods is in accordance with rules and regulations
- Approving product to be distributed to the market (review and release batches)
- Coordinating and promptly performing any recall operations for products on the market following the related escalation and market event management processes
- Primary / preferred reference contact with the authority regarding quality and market event
- Ensuring that relevant customer complaints are dealt with effectively
- Ensuring that suppliers and customers are approved
- Approving any subcontracted activities which may impact on good distribution practice (qualification through audit and QA agreement)
- Keeping appropriate records of any delegated tasks
- Deciding on the final disposition of returned, rejected, recalled or falsified veterinary medicinal products
- Approving any returns to saleable stock
- Documenting deviations and deciding on CAPA to correct deviations and avoiding their re-occurrence and monitoring of the effectiveness of those CAPA
- Ensuring product batch data is properly aligned in local ERP and in WMS
