You’ll be based in the Budapest office working with clients and a global team.

As the Principal Product Manager for the team, you will define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will lead a team of product managers, designers, and researchers to deliver a platform that empowers enterprises worldwide to achieve operational excellence.

Collaborating closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders, you will ensure that the team's product strategy aligns with user needs, market trends, and McKinsey’s broader goals. You will champion a user-centric approach, balancing innovation with scalability and reliability.

Your leadership will extend to shaping the product organization, fostering a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement. You will also represent the team in client discussions, industry events, and internal forums, positioning the platform as a leader in enterprise agility solutions.
