• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
• 4-5 years proven experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on eletrochemical systems preferred
• Leadership skills and motivation to guide and develop a small team of specialists
• Excellent communication both in English and Hungarian
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate across diverse teams
