About the Role :

As a Technical Specialist (Battery), you will be instrumental in the company’s technology assessment efforts, focusing on lithium-ion battery performance and applications. You will lead reverse engineering projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize testing procedures, ensuring that the organization remains at the cutting edge of battery technology.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct in-depth reverse engineering of various battery cells and components.
  • Design and implement rigorous testing protocols to evaluate battery performance.
  • Analyze performance data to derive insights and assist in patent development.
  • Coordinate battery sourcing and collaborate with external technology partners.
  • Contribute to technical reports and presentations aimed at stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support for product development initiatives and customer inquiries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related technical field (master’s degree is a plus).
  • At least 3 years of experience in battery technology or a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of lithium-ion technology, with a focus on performance metrics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Effective communication abilities, with experience presenting technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with battery testing equipment and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of intellectual property considerations in the technology sector.
