Your role at delaware

1. Internal IT Application Governance

• Own and manage delaware International’s internal IT application portfolio , ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Oversee a diverse set of applications, including in-house (.NET), ERP (SAP S / 4 HANA Public Cloud, SuccessFactors), SaaS solutions, and other platforms (SAP CPI, SAP BTP add-ons, PowerPlatform, etc.) .
• Partner with procurement and finance to ensure cost-effective decision-making across the application landscape.

2. Leadership & Team Development

• Lead and mentor a team of application owners, product managers, software engineers, and (internal and external) suppliers , helping them grow into a high-performing unit.

3. Business Engagement & Strategic Alignment

• Engage with business-led IT teams across delaware’s country organizations , identifying opportunities for collaboration and efficiency gains .
