The Financial Systems Analyst will support the maintenance, analysis, and improvements of OneStream functionality across Corporate Accounting and FP&A. This role includes gathering system and process requirements from finance and accounting stakeholders, evaluating workflows for efficiency, and ensuring alignment with internal procedures and accounting standards. The analyst will also perform recurring tasks following established processes and assist with ongoing system support.

Your Impact

Understanding, developing, and supporting of OneStream processes for financial reporting, including both Actual and FP&A functionality

Maintain and support OneStream Exchange Adjusted Scenarios, including scenarios using reported data consolidated at current, budget, forecast rates

Create efficiencies in application and business rules

Assist with application support tasks, including monitoring and maintaining data management sequences, allocations, cube views, and dashboards

Support routine housekeeping activities, including data extracts, data loads, and validating data. Help with version upgrades and testing and document repeatable process and improvements

Your Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration / IT with Financial systems experience required

Nice to have accounting knowledge, and knowledge of Excel, OneStream experience. Basic understanding of databases and programming concepts

Comfortable making evaluative judgements when procedures are unclear or evolving

Collaborative, flexible, and comfortable in a dynamic support role across Corporate Accounting, Finance, and Systems teams

A highly detail-oriented and collaborative individual with strong communication skills, adept at structuring processes, making sound judgments in evolving situations, and consistently willing to go above and beyond in a dynamic support environment.
