Customer Service Representative with German

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Efficiently handle customer inquiries through various channels such as inbound and outbound calls and emails, meeting agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Respond to all customer communications promptly and professionally, including urgent matters.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of client products and solutions to provide accurate advice and practical alternatives.
• Arrange and coordinate repair appointments for customers’ products.
• Act as the main contact for resolving support requests and addressing customer complaints.
• Help customers troubleshoot and resolve issues with their purchased products.
• Draft clear, precise, and customized email responses to customers.
• Conduct research and problem-solving using available tools, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Actively work towards meeting individual and team performance targets.
• Recommend additional products and services aligned with customer needs and campaign goals.
• Follow established call scripts, knowledge bases, and procedures to maintain consistency and quality in customer interactions.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay informed about program updates and process changes.
• Maintain punctuality and adhere strictly to scheduled work shifts.
