• Experience in customer calls and customer support
• Bachelor or Master’s degrees in software engineering, Information Technology, Computer Sciences, or Mathematics
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience in Service migrations from on-premises to Cloud is an advantage
• Experience with Linux systems is nice to have
• Experience in TCP / IP network stack is welcome
• Experience with AWS / Azure hosting environment is a nice-to-have
• Cybersecurity background or understanding in the field is appreciated
