Join

us at Siemens Energy, where your role will be pivotal in driving our Lean

Implementation Plan forward! Imagine actively participating in the

transformation of our manufacturing processes, training and mentoring

colleagues across departments in Lean tools, and mapping the stream of value to

identify waste reduction opportunities. You will define and complete impactful

projects, track their benefits, and prepare standards that enhance efficiency

in our workshops. Your proactive approach will encourage associates to spot

improvement opportunities, fostering a culture of continuous improvement that

aligns with our mission of sustainability and innovation.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Participate

in and promote the execution of our Lean Implementation Plan

Train,

coach and mentor colleagues from other departments in learning and using

Lean tools

Map

the stream of value, identify waste reduction opportunities

Define

and complete projects, track and report the benefits

Prepare

standards in the workshops that help to reduce waste, ensure timely

introduction and alignment to standards

Encourage

and support associates to identify improvement opportunities

Relentlessly

quest for Lean / 5S development opportunities in workshops

Change

the demeanour regarding continuous improvement philosophy

What You Bring

1-3 years’

experience in manufacturing environment, as a process, quality engineer or

lean expert

Good

understanding of Lean methodology

Be

an addict to value creation and continuous improvement

Experience

in product and / or production process planning, -drawings, sequence of

operations, time standards, Value stream mapping

Be

a great teammate, experienced in working with inter-national partners

Have

the ability to balance multiple assignments simultaneously.

Upbeat,

creative and proactive personality

Solid

English and native Hungarian language knowledge is a must

Basic

knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage

Knowledge

of concept board or similar visualization tools
