You will play a key role in defining and driving our service strategy, leading a dynamic team of technical support engineers, and delivering exceptional support to our clients.

The Ideal Candidate

Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Proven experience in cloud, network, and workplace technologies
X-ray systems knowledge (Plus)
Fluent in English and German
Minimum 3 years' experience in service desk management or IT operations leadership
