📌 Key Responsibilities

Growth & Experimentation

Design and run growth hacking experiments to drive user acquisition (UA) and retention.

Test and scale app marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels.

Identify growth bottlenecks and rapidly deploy solutions.

AI & Automation

Build and optimize automation workflows (n8n, webhooks, Lovable.dev, Zapier-like tools).

Explore AI-driven martech solutions (content automation, personalization, predictive analytics).

Experiment with vibecoding to implement lightweight custom fixes and integrations.

Document and share best practices across the team.

Data & Reporting

Automate performance reporting for UA, CRM, and campaign KPIs.

Create dashboards that highlight insights and actionable improvements.

Use data-driven decision making to scale successful initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with product, design, and marketing teams to integrate martech solutions .

Support CRM and lifecycle automation (Braze, Adjust, analytics tools).

Coordinate with external partners to ensure smooth integration and execution .

Project & Campaign Management

  • Support the planning and execution of local and regional marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate projects across teams, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Track progress, analyze results, and provide clear updates to stakeholders.

AI & Automation

  • Explore and test new AI and automation tools to improve marketing workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and optimize processes.
  • Share learnings and best practices with the team.

    • Data & Reporting

  • Collect and analyze key marketing metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Prepare simple performance reports and suggest actionable improvements.

    • Copywriting & Content Support

  • Draft and edit short marketing texts (social media, newsletters, campaign materials).
  • Coordinate with designers and external partners on visual and creative assets.
  • Contribute to content creation and scheduling and engage with audiences.
  • Support growth initiatives on channels like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook groups.

  • Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and proactively remove roadblocks.

    • 📝 Requirements

  • Native level Hungarian and full proficiency in English.
  • Experience : 1–3 years in a marketing, communications, or project management role (startup or fast-paced environment is a plus).

    • Mindset & Skills :

  • Strong solution orientation and willingness to experiment with new tools.
  • Curiosity about AI and automation tools, with an eagerness to learn and implement them.
  • Solid project management skills – able to coordinate tasks, prioritize, and keep things moving.
  • Analytical thinking – able to use data and insights to guide actions.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English (any additional language is a plus).

    • Personality :

  • Proactive, resourceful, and agile – you like solving problems and delivering results.
  • Growth mindset : motivated to develop into a Senior Generalist , and long term into a Hungarian  or  G lobal   M arketing M anager .
