• Proven Leadership :  Demonstrated experience in people management, with a passion for mentoring engineers and fostering their career growth. You know how to assess team productivity and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
• Architectural Savvy :  A deep understanding of system architecture, enterprise integration patterns, and secure development best practices.
• Full-Stack Expertise :  Strong hands-on experience across both backend (.NET / C#) and modern frontend technologies (React, Angular).
• Security Domain Knowledge :  Experience with secure file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS) and deploying robust solutions across Windows and Linux environments. Cybersecurity domain experience is a significant plus.
• Agile & Customer-Focused :  Familiarity with agile development methodologies, rapid release cycles, and a strong commitment to building customer-oriented solutions.
• End-to-End Ownership :  The ability to initiate, design, and implement technical features from conception to completion.
• Best Practices Champion :  Proven experience implementing software engineering industry best practices and a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including coding standards, code reviews, SCM, CI, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Strong Foundation :  A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Exceptional Communicator :  Excellent communication skills and fluent English are essential for collaborating with our global teams.
• Startup Mindset : Experience working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment is a definite advantage.
