Tasks :

Program, test, and commission Siemens PLC and HMI systems for automated machines and production plants.
Develop and implement control system software for new installations and upgrades.
Provide technical support during the startup, testing, and commissioning of automated systems.
Troubleshoot PLC systems, identify faults, and perform necessary repairs to ensure optimal functionality.
Review and interpret electrical schematics and documentation to support programming and system integration.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure the seamless integration of PLC and HMI systems into the overall automation solution.
Develop and maintain documentation related to PLC programs, system configurations, and control logic.
Provide training and technical support to operators and maintenance teams on the operation of PLC-controlled systems.
Ensure all programming and system operations comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
Support ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of PLC-controlled systems.

Requirements :

Minimum 5 years of experience in Siemens PLC programming and HMI software, including commissioning and startup of automated systems.

Proficient in Siemens PLC programming languages.

Strong experience with HMI software and the integration of HMI systems with PLCs.

Ability to consult technical documentation and electrical schematics in English.

Solid understanding of control systems, automation processes, and industrial standards.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in the context of automated systems.

Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
