The role is based in our Budapest GSS (hybrid model combining office & remote work). You’ll join a team of agile, customer-focused thinkers who collaboratively solve difficult business problems.

Main Responsibilities

• Accrue FI invoices
• Process Standard and Recurring Journal Entry
• Close and Cut-Off Transaction Processing
• Open and Close Sub-Ledgers AP / AR / GL
• Process Local Tax Provisions
• Process Allocations
• Review Cost Centre Expenses
• Review Regional Preliminary PL
• Close Financial Ledger
• Prepare Submission Checklist
• Transfer and Reconcile GL for Consolidation
• Lead by example following all requirements, processes, structure while maintaining a can-do mentality
• Support the day-to-day operations of the Team while maintaining operational tasks
• Support in meeting Key Performance Indicators, such as accuracy and timeliness related metrics
• Proactively escalate to your supervisor and / or the Operation leader on business and performance issues

You will be working in the morning shift (6am-3pm) supporting Japan, Australia and New Zealand.
